Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for Content & Omnichannel in South San Francisco. Hybrid schedule, 12+ month assignment, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PT, working with marketing, medical content, and channel execution to drive digital experiences.

You will translate business needs into Workfront/workflow requirements, manage backlogs in Jira, lead UAT, and collaborate with IT, analytics, and vendor teams to deliver scalable omnichannel content operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate stakeholder needs across marketing, medical, and channel teams.
• Translate workflows (Workfront, DAM, ACM/AJO) into functional requirements and rules.
• Lead current-to-future state process design and SOPs for content operations; translate into Workfront requirements.
