BEPC Inc. is seeking an experienced Content Business Analyst to support enterprise content management, digital marketing, and omnichannel engagement initiatives in South San Francisco, CA.

The role focuses on business requirements analysis, Adobe Workfront, content workflow optimization, UAT, and omnichannel operations in a pharma/healthcare environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of BA experience with enterprise content platforms, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience supporting enterprise content management or digital operations.
• Independently lead requirements discovery and stakeholder workshops.
• Experience translating requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• UAT planning, test execution, and defect management experience.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar backlog tools.
• Understanding of content lifecycle management and process optimization.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead requirements gathering across marketing, medical, and digital teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and optimize content workflows from intake to activation.
• Support Adobe Workfront implementations and workflow automation.
• Design intake forms, processes, and governance procedures.
• Create future-state process maps and operating models.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and backlog refinement sessions.
• Maintain requirements, user stories, defects, and delivery progress in Jira.
• Lead UAT planning, test execution, and sign-off.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate solutions against requirements.
• Support MLR content review workflows.
• Analyze integrations across DAM, AEM, Campaign, and Journey Optimizer.
• Support omnichannel campaign workflows.
