Dawar Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst focused on Content and Omnichannel in South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid). You will gather business requirements, design CMS workflows, streamline approvals, and support omnichannel digital engagement across commercial and medical teams.

Responsibilities include leading UAT, creating test scenarios, and coordinating defect resolution while partnering with Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront, including workflow design, intake forms, and approval processes, preferred.

• Analyze current workflows and design future-state processes for content management and digital operations.

The role will focus on gathering business requirements, designing enterprise content management workflows, streamlining approval processes, and supporting omnichannel digital engagement solutions across commercial and medical teams.
