Dawar Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Content & Omni Channel in a hybrid South San Francisco, CA role. You will gather requirements, design CMS/DAM workflows, streamline approvals, and support omnichannel digital engagement for commercial and medical teams.

Responsibilities include defining specifications, mapping processes, leading UAT, and coordinating with Marketing, IT, and QA. Experience with Adobe Workfront and Jira is preferred; strong collaboration skills are

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront including workflow design and approval processes.
• Knowledge of CMS, DAM, and content operations.
• Experience gathering requirements, developing functional specs, and process mapping.
• Hands-on UAT, test case development, defect management, and Jira.
• Understanding omnichannel marketing, campaign management, and digital customer engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current workflows and design future-state processes for content management and digital operations.
• Support Adobe Workfront implementation and enhancements, including intake forms, workflow templates, and approval processes.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, IT, and technology teams to streamline content creation, review, approval, and delivery.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test scenarios, coordinate defect resolution, and support release sign-off.
• Manage requirements, backlogs, and sprint activities using Jira or similar tools.
• Support content governance, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and omnichannel campaign workflows.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and support user adoption.
• Track operational KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
