The salary range for this role is: $73,083.69 - $124,154.22

Responsibilities:

The Omnichannel Activation Specialist partners with their manager to develop and implement strategies that support brand and retail initiatives to drive sales and market share growth. This role requires understanding business needs, organizational strategies, and identifying the best program opportunities for assigned accounts. Travel required, approximately 10%.

This position is remote/home-based and can be located in AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. Hybrid options are available in Pittsburgh, PA, or Rogers, AR.

  1. Develop and execute omnichannel programs, including retail signage, demos, direct mailers, and digital campaigns like social media, digital coupons, banners, and retail search.
  2. Collaborate with the Omnichannel Activation Manager to create customer-specific strategies aligning brand and retailer objectives.
  3. Leverage external brand partnerships to enhance program impact.
  4. Brief creative and execution teams, providing clear success criteria and ensuring messaging aligns with brand and retailer guidelines.
  5. Establish KPIs, analyze campaign data, and optimize media to grow sales and share.
  6. Manage cost estimates and socialization of activation plans.
  7. Support customer meetings with strategies, plans, and results presentations.
  8. Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
  9. Contribute to annual planning and integrated marketing communications to develop growth strategies.
  10. Build internal and external partnerships to achieve shared goals, including with Sales, Business Managers, Category Insights, and Finance.
  11. Support account-specific strategies for key retailers like Walmart, Publix, and others.
  12. Educate stakeholders on program performance and identify new opportunities.
  13. Understand retail strategies, category dynamics, and consumer behavior to help meet volume and profit goals.
  14. Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in CPG, eCommerce, activation, brand management, or related fields; agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience in marketing, media, or brand management.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with influence skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent business, analytical, and decision-making skills; creative thinking.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Retail Activation or Shopper Media (Dollar channel, C-Store, Drug, E-commerce) is preferred.
