The salary range for this role is:

$73,083.69 - $124,154.22

Responsibilities:

The Omnichannel Activation Specialist partners with their manager to develop and implement omnichannel strategies supporting brand and retail initiatives to drive sales and market share. This role requires understanding business needs, organizational strategies, and identifying optimal program opportunities for assigned accounts. Travel required, +/- 10%.

This is a remote/home-based position, open in AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. Office options are available in Pittsburgh, PA, or Rogers, AR, for hybrid work preferences.

1. Develops and executes omnichannel programming, including retail tactics (signage, demos, direct mailers) and digital programs (social media, coupons, banners, search).
2. Partners with the Omnichannel Activation Manager to create customer-specific strategies aligning brand and retailer objectives.
3. Leverages external brand partnerships to maximize impact.
4. Briefs creative and execution teams, ensuring messaging aligns with program goals, brand guidelines, and retailer specifications.
5. Establishes KPIs, uses analytics and data to optimize campaigns, and measures success in sales and share growth.
6. Secures approval for cost estimates and socializes activation plans.
7. Supports customer meetings with strategies, plans, and results presentations.
8. Tracks budgets and processes invoices timely.
9. Contributes to annual planning and marketing communication processes to foster growth.
10. Builds internal and external trusted partnerships to achieve shared goals, including departments like Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
11. Supports internal education on program performance and opportunities.
12. Understands retailer strategies, category dynamics, and consumer behavior to drive volume and profit.
13. Performs administrative tasks as needed and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years in CPG, eCommerce, activation, brand management, promotions, or agency experience.
• Experience in marketing, media, or brand management.

• Strong business acumen, analytical and decision-making skills, with creativity and innovation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in retail activation/shopper media (Dollar channels, C-Stores, drugstores, e-commerce) is a plus.
