The salary range for this role is:

$73,083.69 - $124,154.22

Responsibilities:

The Omnichannel Activation Specialist is responsible for partnering with their manager to develop and implement omnichannel strategies supporting key brand and retail customer initiatives to drive sales and market share growth. This role requires understanding the needs of the business, organizational strategies, and identifying the best program opportunities for assigned accounts. Travel required, +/- 10%.

This is a remote/home office-based position, open to candidates in AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. Office accommodations are available for hybrid work from our Pittsburgh, PA or Rogers, AR offices.

  • Develop and execute omnichannel programs, including retail and in-store tactics like signage, demos, direct mailers, and digital programs such as social media, digital coupons, banners, and search.
  • Collaborate with the Omnichannel Activation Manager to create customer-specific strategies aligning brand and retailer objectives.
  • Leverage external brand partnerships to maximize program impact.
  • Brief creative and execution partners, providing clear success criteria and ensuring messaging aligns with program goals, brand guides, and retailer specifications.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze campaign data, and optimize media to drive sales and share growth for Del Monte's brands and categories.
  • Manage cost estimates and socialization of activation plans.
  • Support customer meetings with strategies, plans, and results presentations.
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing to ensure timely payments.
  • Contribute to annual customer planning and integrated marketing communications to develop growth strategies.
  • Build trusted internal and external partnerships with teams such as Sales, Business Management, Insights, Customer Strategy & Development, and Finance.
  • Support internal education on program performance and opportunities.
  • Understand key drivers of activation performance and explore new capabilities and partners.
  • Develop knowledge of retailer strategies, category dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Help achieve volume and profit targets.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields such as eCommerce, activation, brand management, promotions, or agency work.
  • Experience in marketing, eCommerce, media, or brand management.
  • Self-starter with results-oriented mindset and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Solid business acumen, decision-making, analytical skills, and creativity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Retail Activation or Shopper Media (Dollar channel, C-Store, Drug, E-commerce) is a plus.
