The salary range for this role is:

$73,083.69 - $124,154.22

Responsibilities:

The Omnichannel Activation Specialist partners with their manager to develop and implement omnichannel strategies supporting key brand and retail initiatives to drive sales and market share growth. This role requires integration into business needs, understanding organizational strategies, and identifying the best program opportunities for assigned accounts. Travel required, approximately +/- 10%.

This is a remote/home office position, open to candidates in AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. Office accommodations are available for hybrid schedules from our Pittsburgh, PA, or Rogers, AR offices.

  • Develops and executes omnichannel programs, including retail tactics (signage, demos, direct mailers) and digital programs (social media, digital coupons, banners, retail search).
  • Partners with the Omnichannel Activation Manager to create customer-specific strategies aligning with brand and retailer category objectives.
  • Leverages external brand partnerships to enhance program impact, as needed.
  • Briefs creative and execution teams, providing clear guidance on success criteria, messaging, and compliance with brand and retailer standards.
  • Establishes KPIs, utilizes analytics and data to optimize campaigns, and measures results to support sales and share growth.
  • Ensures cost estimates are approved and activation plans are socialized internally.
  • Supports customer meetings with strategies, plans, and results presentations.
  • Manages monthly budget tracking and invoice processing to ensure timely payments.
  • Contributes to annual customer planning and integrated marketing processes to develop growth strategies.
  • Builds trusted internal and external partnerships to achieve shared goals, collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams.
  • Supports internal education on program performance and identifies new opportunities.
  • Understands key drivers of activation performance and explores new capabilities and partners.
  • Develops knowledge of retailer strategies, category dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Assists in achieving volume and profit targets and performs administrative tasks as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CPG, eCommerce, activation, brand management, promotions, or agency work.
  • Experience in marketing, media, or brand management.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with influencing skills across functions.
  • Strong leadership, project management, business acumen, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in retail activation/shopper media, including dollar channels, convenience stores, drug stores, and e-commerce.
