The salary range for this role is:

$73,083.69 - $124,154.22

Responsibilities:

The Omnichannel Activation Specialist partners with their manager to develop and implement omnichannel strategies supporting key brand and retail initiatives to drive sales and market share growth. This role requires understanding business needs, organizational strategies, and identifying the best program opportunities for assigned accounts. Travel required, approximately 10%.

This is a remote/home office position, open to candidates in AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. Hybrid options are available at our Pittsburgh, PA, or Rogers, AR offices.

  • Develops and executes omnichannel programs, including retail in-store tactics (signage, demos, direct mailers) and digital programs (social media, digital coupons, banners, search).
  • Partners with the Omnichannel Activation Manager to create customer-specific strategies aligning brand and retailer goals.
  • Leverages external brand partnerships to maximize impact.
  • Briefs creative and execution teams, ensuring messaging aligns with objectives, brand style guides, and retailer requirements.
  • Establishes KPIs, uses analytics and data to optimize campaigns, and measures success to grow sales and share.
  • Ensures budget approval and socialization of plans.
  • Supports customer meetings with strategies, plans, and results.
  • Assists with budget tracking and invoice processing.
  • Supports the annual customer planning and integrated marketing processes.
  • Builds internal and external trusted partnerships to achieve shared goals, including teams like Sales, Business Managers, Insights, and Finance.
  • Supports internal education on program performance and opportunities.
  • Understands activation drivers and explores new capabilities and partners.
  • Develops understanding of retailer strategies, category dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Helps achieve volume and profit targets.
  • Performs administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in CPG or related fields like eCommerce; activation, brand management, promotions, or agency experience preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, eCommerce, media, or brand management.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with influence skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Business acumen, analytical skills, and creativity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Retail activation/shopper media experience (Dollar channel, C-Store, Drug, E-commerce) is a plus.
