Mars Petcare is seeking an Omni Activation Manager to drive omnichannel activation strategies for the Cat and Treats portfolio in Bentonville, AR. You will partner with sales, brand marketing, Walmart Connect, and agency partners to connect digital and physical shopper experiences and deliver sustainable growth at Walmart.

In this role you will own always-on optimization, lead test-and-learn initiatives, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience across CPG sales, category management, shopper marketing, retail media, or related commercial roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect multiple data sources to commercial recommendations.
• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual omnichannel activation plans for the Cat and Treats portfolio.
• Connect digital and physical touchpoints to create cohesive shopper experiences.
• Lead the retail media agency with ownership of execution and performance discussions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align plans with the broader activation strategy.
