Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager for OMNI Operations to drive in-store order fulfillment and profitability across channels. You will supervise staff, ensure coverage, and model World-Class guest service while upholding safety and People-First principles.

You will lead stockroom and salesfloor operations, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and support management in achieving goals through strong communication and teamwork. This role is full-time and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization and leadership abilities.
• Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization across tasks.
• Ability to lead self and others to achieve results.
• 2-3 years retail sales or customer-service management experience; Omni-channel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store order fulfillment across Omni channels and drive incremental sales.
• Manage stockroom flow: shipping in/out, pop tables and display setups.
• Maintain efficient stockroom organization to support replenishment and Omni fulfillment.
• Conduct regular audits and daily reconciliations to minimize shrink and variances.
• Model safety practices, complete ladder safety training and lead safety meetings.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment aligned with People-First philosophy.
