Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Portland, ME is seeking an Assistant Manager, OMNI Operations to drive omnichannel sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional in-store service. You will supervise staff, maintain store coverage, and model a world-class guest experience across all channels.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to our People-First philosophy as you coordinate order pickups, shipments, and home delivery to support sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service management experience; omni-channel fulfillment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging all services (order pick up, outgoing shipment, Unpaid hold management, Home Delivery, Installation)
• Identify, execute and maintain shipping in and shipping out lanes in the stock room; utilize pop up tables, carts, or baker’s racks as needed
• Ensure effective stockroom organization and supplies to maximize efficiency, safety and productivity
• Perform regular audits and daily reconciliations and establish daily disciplines to eliminate shrink
• Champion all safety best practices and conduct monthly safety meetings
• Create a positive environment where associates are treated with dignity per People-First Philosophy
