Job summary

West Elm, a brand of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., seeks an Assistant Manager for OMNI Operations to drive incremental sales through in-store order fulfillment and excellent guest service. You will supervise staff coverage, model relationship-building with guests, and maintain daily store operations to support profitability and world-class service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.

• 2–3 years of retail sales or management experience, omni-channel experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer fulfillment across all channels (order pickup, shipping, Home Delivery, Installation).
• Manage stockroom shipping lanes and use supplementary furniture as needed.
• Keep stockroom organized to support sales and omni fulfillment.
• Perform audits and reconciliations to minimize shrink and discrepancies.
• Champion safety practices; run monthly safety meetings and maintain safety tools.
• Foster a positive environment with fair, respectful treatment of associates.
