Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking team members to perform general warehouse activities, pulling orders, and moving merchandise from the sales floor to staging areas. The Omni Experience Ambassador will work across digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Uses handheld RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure timely order completion.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and coordinate replenishment with the club team.
