Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives (BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, Ship from Club) and perform general warehouse duties. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, verify counts with RF scanners, and help stage orders while maintaining a safe, friendly environment for members.

The role emphasizes teamwork, urgency to meet productivity goals, adherence to SOPs, and commitment to delivering Gold Club standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and prepare orders for pickup or curbside.
