Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. You will pull merchandise from pick lists using RF scanners, verify counts, and move items from sales floor to staging area while maintaining a safe and positive member experience.

You’ll work with a team to meet productivity targets, handle inventory issues, and adhere to club policies while delivering gold-standard service to members daily.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize handheld scanner to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure timely completion of orders.
