Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Supervisor to lead the Omni team within the club, driving performance across departments and ensuring a high level of member experience. The role involves managing digital initiatives and leading a team to deliver efficient, accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching, ensuring policy adherence, and continuously improving operations while maintaining safety and service standards in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience supervising a team of 5+ employees.
• Ability to set goals and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Open shift availability is required.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Process member orders in a fast, courteous manner using RF devices and staging areas.
• Lead Omni Experience Ambassadors, coaching and developing talent.
• Enforce SOPs for BOPIC, BOPIC Fresh, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Maintain clean, organized OMNI Space and safe work environment.
