Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking en Omni Experience Ambassador to handle warehouse duties, pull orders from pick lists, and support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club. You will work with a team to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment while upholding safety and company policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and accuracy with a focus on member satisfaction and adherence to GOLD standards for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick and verify orders and move merchandise to staging area.
• Communicate inventory issues and replenish merchandise as needed; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
