BJ’s Wholesale Club seeks an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club. You will handle order picking, scanning, and customer service while upholding GOLD standards and safety protocols.

The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, accuracy, and a positive member experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment with strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly by pulling orders from a pick list and using RF scanner.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and verify counts.
• Communicate inventory issues and handle returns per procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and adhere to all club policies.
