Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking team members for general warehouse functions, including pulling merchandise, moving items to staging, and using handheld scanners. The Omni Experience Ambassador will support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to club policies, with an emphasis on fast, accurate fulfillment and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases and pull merchandise from pick lists.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Verify merchandise with handheld RF scanner and ensure correct locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized SFC area and adhere to safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned and meet productivity and SLA goals.
