Job summary

BJs Wholesale Club is seeking a Warehouse/Omni Experience Ambassador to support order pulling and curbside initiatives. You will use handheld RF scanners to pick and verify items, move goods to staging, and assist with omni-channel programs like BOPIC and Ship from Club.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate picking, teamwork, and adherence to safety and club standards in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and verify counts with handheld scanner.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues, including expired or short-dated items.
• Collaborate with club team to replenish merchandise and meet productivity standards.
• Ensure orders are picked promptly to meet SLAs and KPIs.
