Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support fast, accurate warehouse picking. You will use handheld scanners to verify merchandise, pull items from a pick list, and move them from the sales floor to the staging area for smooth order fulfillment.

This role participates in digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club, while upholding Gold standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld scanner to verify and pick orders.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Ensure timely fulfillment to meet productivity metrics.
• Follow SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, Ship from Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized SFC area.
