Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

The role involves pulling merchandise from pick lists, scanning items with RF tools, and moving products to staging areas while upholding club standards and safety guidelines. Candidates should have prior order pulling and RF scanner experience, ideally within a big box/wholesale retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Uses handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor and verifies merchandise.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensures timely order completion to meet productivity goals.
• Communicates inventory and equipment issues and notifies team when replenishment is needed.
• Maintains clean, organized SFC area and follows safety procedures.
