Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for a warehouse/omni-experience ambassador. You will pull orders from a pick list, move items to staging, and verify with handheld RF scanners while supporting digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.

We value previous order pulling and big-box retail experience, along with a familiarity with RF scanners. Expect a dynamic team environment with a focus on accuracy, safety, and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner using RF scanner and pick lists.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure accurate counts.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues and coordinate replenishment with the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized SFC area and follow SOPs for OMNI initiatives.
• Meet productivity and SLA metrics and assist in other departments as needed.
