Responsibilities

• Lead omni-channel store experiences and develop the team.
• Uphold brand standards through visual merchandising and store operations.
• Recruit, interview, and build a diverse team to drive growth.
• Provide timely feedback and create onboarding and development paths for employees.
• Foster inclusive, communicative culture and collaborate with District Managers and Home Office.
