Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: create an engaging visual experience and reflect brand values.
• Leads and supports omni channel store experience, merchandising, and display.
• Fosters a welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Leadership + Team Management: recruit, interview, onboard, and develop staff.
• Provide feedback and ensure accountability; support development paths.
• Inspires teams through empowerment, creativity, and collaboration.
• Visual + Business Operations: oversee operations, scheduling, and payroll.
• Assesses sell-through to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Lead visual priorities with Home Office direction.
• Uphold safety, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Communication + Relationships: promote inclusivity and strong communication.
• Capture feedback, share store insights with district and home office.
• Develop goals and provide ongoing feedback for growth.
