Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and its business impact.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand experience through engaging visual merchandising and Omni channel collaboration.
• Lead and develop store team, focusing on onboarding and growth.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, and payroll alignment with policies.
• Drive sell-through and make strategic, creative store decisions.
• Maintain safety, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance.
