Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Indianapolis is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales through an omni channel retail approach. You will foster a culture of excellence, creativity, collaboration, innovation, and trust while developing the team and delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will lead brand experience initiatives, recruit and onboard talent, manage operations and scheduling, and ensure visual priorities align with Home Office direction.

Qualifications

• Passion for UO brand.
• 5+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and how it impacts the business.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: Create engaging visual experiences and align with omni channel efforts to elevate the store environment.
• Leadership + Team Management: Recruit, onboard, develop, and provide feedback to a diverse team; foster accountability.
• Visual + Business Operations: Oversee store operations, scheduling, payroll, and adherence to policies; guide visual priorities.
• Communication + Relationships: Promote inclusivity, drive strong internal communication, and share store insights with leadership.
