You will oversee brand experience, leadership, operations, and visual priorities, recruit and coach talent, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure compliant store practices. This role requires passion for the UO brand and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for UO brand.
• 5+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and how it impacts the business.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead store to deliver engaging customer experiences and drive sales through omni-channel initiatives.
• Develop and coach the store team to ensure excellence, growth, and accountability.
• Oversee brand experience, merchandising and visual priorities in alignment with Home Office direction.
• Manage scheduling, payroll compliance, and daily operations.
