URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for its DC location to drive sales through an Omni channel retail approach and to mentor a high-energy team. The role focuses on delivering an engaging customer experience while developing staff and upholding brand standards.

You will manage brand experience, leadership, visual priorities, and daily operations to maximize performance and guest satisfaction. A passion for the URBN brand and 5+ years of leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven ability to hire and develop talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant processes and how they impact the business.
• Experience coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store with an Omni channel approach to the retail experience.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll management in partnership with leadership.
• Guide brand experience, visual merchandising, and store atmosphere to drive sales.
• Foster an inclusive, growth-oriented environment with strong coaching and feedback.
• Ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
