Job summary

Formlabs is seeking an Omni Channel Distribution & 3PL Operations Manager to oversee regional 3PL partners and the outbound fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring high-velocity, cost-effective operations. You will own analytics of fulfillment spend, identify margin leakage, and optimize carrier networks in a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, business analytics, or related field.
• Progressive experience in e-commerce fulfillment and outbound logistics.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing logistics budgets.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to navigate ERP/WMS data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven problem-solving focus on customer experience and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional outbound operations with 3PL partners, ensuring SLAs for order processing and handoffs.
• Oversee regional fulfillment and outbound shipping budgets, optimize cost per order.
• Direct fulfillment analytics with Data/Systems team to track OTIF and shipping margins.
• Model fulfillment costs for product launches and seasonal surges.
• Evolve routing guides to balance cost and timely delivery (EDD).
• Integrate exception and recovery data to reduce reshipment costs.
• Mentor coordinators on analytics and vendor negotiations.
• Lead regional reverse logistics and cross-border distribution with tax compliance.
