Key Required Skills:

• The Software Asset Management Lead is responsible forassisting client with their software asset lifecycle program, ensuring stronggovernance, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and cost optimization. Thisrole works with team of technical professionals and partners closely withInfrastructure, Security, Procurement, Finance, and Risk Management to protectenterprise assets and reduce operational and compliance risk.
  
• Experience in managing the end-to-end Software AssetManagement (SAM) lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance,utilization, and retirement of software assets across the enterprise

Position Description:

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Software AssetManagement (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) implementations.
  
• Knowledge of enterprise software licensing, contractmanagement, and asset lifecycle processes.
  
• Familiarity with asset data normalization, catalog items,workspaces and compliance dashboards.
