Job summary

Thrasher Partners is seeking a Regional Controller to lead financial reporting, controls, and compliance for our expanding network. This office-based role in Omaha, NE partners with the VP of Finance and Regional VP to drive strategic decision-making and growth.

You will manage month-end close, consolidate statements, and pursue process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy across the accounting function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-location organizations is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end close process and provide accurate analysis and reporting.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and improve accounting controls.
• Develop and implement strong internal control systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee accounting teams across the region.
