Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a Regional Controller to lead accounting and finance across multiple locations in the United States. You will oversee the close, financial reporting, controls, and cash management while partnering with Operations and Corporate Finance to drive growth.

The role requires a strong technical accounting background, hands-on leadership, and the ability to scale processes in a fast‑growing environment. CPA/MBA preferred; travel ~10–15% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline required.
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Controller-level or comparable leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Maintain internal controls and policy documentation.
• Manage cash flow visibility and liquidity monitoring.
• Lead financial reviews and variance analysis with leadership.
• Coordinate with Corporate FP&A and external audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
