Qualifications

• Hands-on Learning Management Systems experience is required.

• Familiarity with Kirkpatrick Model and LMS polish.
• Fluency in Universal Design for Learning and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Keep the full-time schedule realistic when everyone wants everything yesterday
• Read between the lines of what Omaha customers actually need
• Bridge Special Education and Learning Management Systems so neither team works in the dark
• Keep Mentoring documentation current as the work outpaces it
• Own the day-to-day rhythm of general work across our Omaha, NE operation
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for assigned tasks
• Keep a steady hand on Unilever accounts when volume spikes
