Job summary

The role collaborates across the district's Leadership and Learning team, working with adult learners, facilitating structures, and building consensus among diverse groups to maximize staff potential and impact student achievement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Curriculum and Instruction or Educational Administration/Leadership.
• Current or past participation in MPS Leadership Academy.

Responsibilities

• Supporting District continuous improvement initiatives, including Site Planning, Program Planning, District Strategic Planning, and accreditation processes.
• Planning, coordinating, and facilitating professional learning offerings for salaried and hourly staff.
• Planning and facilitating Building Staff Development Facilitator meetings.
• Supporting building principals and other District departments in planning professional learning.
• Supporting teachers as a coach, as assigned.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
