Job summary

The role ensures engaging, accessible programs, coordinates learning pathways and curricula, and advances educational innovation, technology use, and quality to enhance student success and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in higher education, curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and coordinating multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the DCS learning experience portfolio across programs.
• Develop engaging learning activities, authentic assessments, and learner-centered instructional practices.
• Support course design, curriculum sequencing, and scheduling to promote student progression and program quality.
• Facilitate faculty resources and templates to ensure consistency and innovation.
