Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related.
• 4–6+ years in oligonucleotide process development, GMP manufacturing, or tech transfer.
• Knowledge of oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, analytical characterization, and cGMP standards.
• Hands-on experience with ÄKTA, Waters, Sartorius instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize, purify, and characterize oligonucleotides.
• Support process development, external technology transfer, and GMP manufacturing.
• Develop transfer packages, risk assessments, and troubleshooting plans.
• Contribute to process technology innovation and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Analytical, Supply Chain, and external partners.
