Job summary

Ernst & Young U.S. LLP in Houston seeks a Manager for Transformation Architecture and Delivery in Oil & Gas. Lead cross-functional teams, design governance, and drive program delivery across complex capital projects. This role emphasizes client management, PMO setup, and digital innovation to enable sustainable value creation.

You will mentor staff, ensure quality client services, and maintain long-term relationships while working in a hybrid model with travel up to 80% (20% international).

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of progressive Oil & Gas industry work experience.
• Master’s degree acceptable with 4 years Oil & Gas industry work experience.
• 3 years external client-facing consulting experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• 3 years of professional services experience in a large, multinational firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs and PMO/EPMO/Portfolio design initiatives.
• Develop and execute governance models, PMO setup, and capability roadmaps.
• Drive business development activities, client relationships, and value delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage diverse project teams.
