Job summary

OSP Microcheck is seeking a Houston-based Technical Sales Specialist to grow new and existing accounts across Houston, West Texas and Mid-Con. You will translate technical data into practical recommendations and lead proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of our solutions.

Reporting to the President, Global Oil & Gas, you will cultivate relationships, manage the CRM, and coordinate cross-functional team support to advance opportunities and close deals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of oil & gas experience in technical sales, business development or account management.

Responsibilities

• Build new opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Turn technical information into practical recommendations for customers.
• Lead the sales conversation with proposals, reports and presentations.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and coordinate support or escalation when needed.
• Manage territory with disciplined CRM records, forecasts and updates.
