Job summary

Oil States Energy Services is seeking a Sales Manager in Houston, TX to lead the regional sales team. You will provide technical support, prepare quotes and proposals, and build strong client relationships across the OSES organization.

The role requires 4+ years in sales within the oil and gas sector, proven presentation skills, and a college degree or equivalent experience. Occasional travel and a hybrid work setup are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of 4 years of experience in inside and outside sales.
• Experience in Oil/Gas service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the sales team with technical support, brochures, quotes and information to meet needs.
• Learn product knowledge to improve technical expertise and oil industry understanding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional sales and operations managers across OSES.
• Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data to increase sales productivity.
• Develop and present proposals to new clients.
