Oil States Energy Services is seeking a Sales Manager in Houston, TX, responsible for leading inside and outside sales, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the oil and gas services sector.

You will manage regional sales, analyze market data, prepare compelling proposals, and coordinate with operations to meet customer needs while promoting productivity and loyalty. Hybrid work option available.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of 4 years of experience in an inside and outside sales environment.
• Experience in Oil/Gas service industry preferred.
• Presentation experience required.
• Familiar with multiple product lines and equipment utilized throughout OSES.
• Effective communication skills when dealing with all levels of clients and management within OSES.

Responsabilités

• Provide sales team with technical support, brochures, quotes and information to meet needs.
• Learn new product knowledge to improve technical expertise in tools and oil industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional sales and operations managers across OSES.
• Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data to increase sales productivity.
• Develop and present proposals to new clients.
