Saulsbury Industries in Henderson, TX is seeking an experienced document control/administrative specialist to manage high-volume project documents for Oil & Gas. You will organize, review, and file reports, maintain turnover dossiers, and support QC with attention to detail.

Requirements include 3-5 years oil & gas doc control, travel readiness, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Bluebeam. This full-time on-site role offers growth and exposure to fabrication specs and project documentation

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years Oil & Gas document control experience.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
  • Understand isometric drawings (E&I, piping, BOM, specs).
  • Willing to travel and spend time on project sites.
  • Well organized with attention to detail and strong communication.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to Quality Manager
  • Organize and review incoming reports/documents for accuracy
  • Review inspection documents and file into turnover dossiers
  • Build turnover dossiers: fabrication specs and welding specs
  • Create Instrument Loop Folders
  • Track QC fabrication progress
  • Maintain documents daily and upload to QC server
  • Audit dossiers and logs for errors or missing reports
  • Manage Saulsbury Engineering FTP site
  • Identify delays and report to supervisor
  • Oversee project document workflow with management approval
