Job summary

Saulsbury Industries in Permian Basin / West Texas is seeking an administrative professional for the night shift in the shop office. You will manage documents for clients, vendors and NDE requirements, and maintain orderly turnover dossiers.

Experience with welding procedure specifications (WPS) and material tracking reports (MTRs) is highly preferred, and you will review inspection reports for accuracy, track progress, and support QA/QC in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience in administrative management or quality inspection documents.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred.
• Ability to understand welding procedure specifications (WPS) and material tracking reports (MTRs).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Report to QA/QC Manager/Supervisor.
• Organize and review reports/documents for accuracy.
• Review inspection documents and file into turnover dossiers per area.
• Build turnover dossiers as directed by Quality Manager.
• Track construction progress and maintain daily documents.
• Audit dossiers and logs for errors and missing reports.
• Upload and review MaxTrax weld tracking system.
• Identify delays or issues and report to Supervisor.
