Job summary

Saulsbury Industries in the Permian Basin/West Texas is seeking an experienced administrative professional to manage documents for client, vendor and NDE requirements. The role requires coordinating high-volume paperwork, maintaining turnover dossiers, and ensuring accuracy across inspection reports and welding documentation.

Day shift, full-time, shop office environment with emphasis on teamwork, organization, and meticulous recordkeeping within the oil and gas sector.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years’ related experience in administrative management, quality inspection reports.
  • Minimum of one year’s Industrial or Oil and Gas experience is preferred.
  • Ability to understand welding procedure specifications (WPS) and material tracking reports (MTRs).
  • Ability to understand weld mapping and heat numbers.
  • Well organized with attention to detail and good communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Report to QA/QC Manager/Supervisor.
  • Organize reports/documents as they come in & review them for accuracy.
  • Review all inspection reports/documents for accuracy and file into turnover dossiers per area.
  • Build turnover dossiers per direction of Quality Manager.
  • Track construction progress and maintain documents daily by inserting documents into turnover dossiers.
  • Maintain code books, project specifications and regulations per QC Manual; audit dossiers & logs for errors & missing reports.
  • Upload and Review MaxTrax weld tracking system.
  • Identify delays or issues that interfere with the workflow process and report to the Supervisor.
