Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a Project Manager II for an oil and gas client to lead pipeline, station and terminal projects on site in Corpus Christi, TX. You will manage scopes, schedules, costs, and vendor coordination to deliver projects safely and on time.

Responsibilities include planning, controlling, and reporting on project status; facilitating meetings; and coordinating with Operations and Engineering. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or PMI PM certification.
• Experience managing pipeline/station/terminal projects in oil & gas.
• Up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and plan project scopes, costs, schedules, and resources.
• Lead implementation across design, purchasing, construction and commissioning.
• Obtain approvals for scope, budgets, and schedules; document changes.
• Lead meetings and document minutes; coordinate downtime and start-up.
• Manage large multi-discipline projects and oversee external engineering firms.
• Ensure construction and operational punch lists and complete project docs.
