Zachry Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Department in Corpus Christi, Texas. Lead mid-to-large capital projects across oil, gas and petrochemical sectors, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality meet contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, multi-discipline coordination, and coordination with international offices. Travel to field sites is required; vaccination compliance may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• 15–20 years in the Process Plant, Petroleum Refining, and/or Petrochemical sectors.
• 8–10+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing a portfolio of mid-to-large projects, including $100MM TIC and up.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multi‑discipline coordination.
• Must be organized, self-directed, able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Willingness to travel and work in office and field environments.
• Vaccination compliance with company/site requirements.

• Lead mid-large capital projects in oil, gas, petrochemical, and related industries.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and gross margin across all project phases.
• Provide vision, strategic leadership, and technical direction.
• Coordinate with overseas HVE offices and vendor teams.
• Develop and implement project management and quality procedures.
• Manage client relationships and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and manage invoicing coordination.
• Staff management, recruitment, and development of project personnel.
