Buckeye Partners is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee pipeline and terminal projects in the Oil & Gas sector. You will provide PM services across Buckeye’s pipeline, station, and terminal initiatives, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in complex project execution within the energy industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or PMI PM certification or 10 years of oil & gas project experience.
• Experience in engineering, construction, and operations of pipeline, station, and terminal facilities.
• Up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and plan project scopes, costs, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead project design, engineering, purchasing, construction, startup, and closeout.
• Evaluate changes to scope, budgets, and schedules and document approvals.
• Lead meetings and capture minutes.
• Plan downtime and coordinate startup with Operations and other departments.
• Manage large multi-discipline projects and outside engineering firms.
• Ensure as-built documentation and completion certificates.
