Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• PM Certification from PMI or 10 years of petroleum project experience preferred.
• Experience across engineering, construction, and operations of pipeline, station, and terminal facilities.
• Pipeline field experience preferred, including startup and commissioning.
• Up to 50% travel.

Aufgaben

• Initiating and planning projects with scope, cost estimates, schedules, and resources.
• Managing design, engineering, purchasing, construction, startup, commissioning and closing.
• Evaluating and obtaining approvals for changes to scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Leading meetings and documenting minutes.
• Coordinating downtime, startup and commissioning with Operations and other departments.
• Managing outside engineering firms and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ensuring as-built drawings, manuals and completion certificates are completed.
