Buckeye Partners L.P. is seeking a Project Manager II to lead pipeline, station, and terminal projects across Allentown, PA, Houston, TX, or greater Chicago. You will drive initiation, planning, execution, and completion, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include scoping, design, procurement, permitting, construction, startup, and commissioning, with extensive cross-functional coordination and reporting on status and forecasted costs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related technical discipline) is required or 10 years of experience managing projects in the petroleum industry.
• Experience in engineering, construction, and operations of pipeline, station, and terminal facilities.
• Travel 30% to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Size of Projects: $50,000 - $10 million.
• Initiating and planning project opportunities with Business Development and others.
• Directing scoping, design, procurement, permitting, construction, inspection, startup and commissioning of terminal projects.
• Managing project execution for the petroleum industry and reporting on status and cost forecasting.
• Evaluating and obtaining approvals for changes to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Leading meetings and distributing minutes.
• Organizing downtime, startup and commissioning with Operations and other departments.
• Managing large multi-discipline projects and external engineering providers.
• Providing SME input to regional and corporate staff.
• Lead or support project management of change (MOC) and PSSR efforts.
